Our Story
Morgan Jones Estates & Lettings was born out of frustration. As landlords ourselves, with more than 30 years in property between us, we experienced firsthand the poor service, hidden fees, and lack of understanding that many traditional letting agents offer.
We decided to do things differently. Our founder has run this lettings book since 2007, and in 2012 established Morgan Jones Estates & Lettings (Companies House no. 08338795) to give landlords in South Wales the tailored service they deserve — while saving them thousands in the process.
Today, we manage over 500 properties across South Wales, from Swansea to Cardiff and everywhere in between. Our team understands the challenges you face because we've faced them too.
