It depends on how hands-on you want to be. Tenant find sources and vets a contract holder, then you take over. Rent collection handles the money and arrears while you manage the property day-to-day. Full management takes everything off your hands — contract holder sourcing, rent, maintenance, and compliance. Most landlords who don't live near their property, or don't have time to manage it themselves, choose full management.
Can I switch to Morgan Jones if I'm already with another agent?
Yes, and it's straightforward. We contact your current agent, arrange handover of keys and documents, and notify your contract holders. Most switches complete within two weeks with no gap in rent collection.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. We work on rolling agreements with reasonable notice periods, not fixed-term tie-ins. If we're not delivering, you can leave. We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our fees.
