Landlord fee schedule
Every fee we charge landlords, as set out in our Terms of Business.
The management fee is charged only on rent we actually receive. Every other fee applies only when we do that piece of work for you. All fees are subject to VAT at the current rate.

| Serving a legal notice under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (for example Form RHW16, RHW20 or RHW23) | £62.50 + VAT (£75 inc. VAT) per notice |
| Handling a local authority licence application (including HMO) | £200 + VAT (£240 inc. VAT) per application, plus the cost of any certificates |
There is no setup fee, no exit fee and no minimum term. Either of us can end the agreement on one month's written notice.
